There are moments in life that take your breath away. At the annual Turkana Festival in Northern Kenya, I saw the striking Rendille warriors, who walk for an entire day or more, come down from mount Kulal to participate in this amazing festival of peace. Finally, after many years I could make my way up this argentous mountain and spend time in their community. This image of a Randille warrior, adorned and carrying his spear, was captured high on the mountaintop of Mount Kulal.
