It was a cloudy and dreary day. Not the best weather for photography, but still a wonderful way to spend the morning, out in the bliss of nature. I was heading to a beautiful acacia tree to park and have a simple bush breakfast when I found this beautiful male lion lying in the grass without a care in the world. As I stopped next to him, he acknowledged my presence but showed no signs of disturbance. Known as a legend across the African savannas, the Male lion has very few enemies except another male wanting to be king of the pride and territory.
